Frequently
Asked Questions
1. May I use the products if I'm pregnant or nursing?
Although
you should always check with your physician before using any new products
during your pregnancy, there should be no problems if you use any of
the PRESCRIBEDsolutions topical products.
2. May I use PRESCRIBEDsolutions
if I'm undergoing
either radiation or chemotherapy?
Obviously you should check all product usage
with your physician during this critical period, but you should avoid
and cosmetic products containing steroids. No topical PRESCRIBEDsolutions
products contain steroids.
3. If I have very dry skin should I use the Glycolic Anti-oxidant Cleanser?
Glycolic
Acid is regarded by physicians as one of the best ways to exfoliate
the dead skin cells lying on the surface of the skin. However, Glycolic
Acid can be drying. You may want to speak to your dermatologist about
adding a hydrating booster to your cleanser if your concerned about
excess dryness. The booster will ensure that your skin is rehydrated
after exfoliation.
4. I need brightening but I have extremely sensitive skin?
You
may want to ask your dermatologist to infuse your basic products with
brightening booster, which is composed of many natural botanical ingredients
that will allow you to reap the benefits of brightening without the
risk of sensitivity.

Booster to provide you with greater photo protection.
7. How frequently will my doctor change the boosters that are infused
into my PRESCRIBEDsolutions
products?
That's
obviously up to your doctor, but its usual for most doctors to alter
the boosters when patients:

a change in their environment i.e. greater exposure to the sun or
extreme cold
- are undergoing treatments that result in
minor inflammation
- are experiencing an infrequent bout of acne
- are experiencing a decline in elasticity or firmness
8. Why should I have my skincare products customized?
Customizing
your skincare products allows your physician to tailor your care to

and ensure that the benefits of the in-office procedures will be enhanced
when you are at home.
